Force change if password matches customer number

Destiny checks Destiny Administrator and district-level passwords. To improve security, if passwords match a user's district customer number, Destiny requires a password change.

To change a password that matches the district customer number:

  1. Log in as a Destiny Administrator or district-level user.
  2. Enter your User Name.
  3. Enter your Password. If your current password matches your district customer number, a message prompts you to change it.
  4. Enter your Current Password.
  5. Enter your New Password.
  6. In the Confirm New Password field, enter your new password again.

    Note: Follow general best practices, like using a unique user name and strong password.

  7. Click Log In.

You can also reset your password if you forget it.
