View help ticket history (Resource Manager)
When you create a help ticket, its history begins to be tracked. You can find this information on the Help Ticket History page.
The assigned servicing team and members appear in the help ticket's history and on the Deleted Resources report.
To view a help ticket's history:
- Select Admin > Help Tickets > Track or Archive sub-tab.
- Next to the help ticket that you want to see the history for, click
. - Click View History. The Help Ticket History page appears.
- To print the history, click Printable.
| Note: If your district integrated Destiny with your third-party help desk system, the email addresses of the person/organization an email was sent to in that system and received by through Destiny appear in the Performed by column. |
