View denied orders (Site)

The district warehouse can deny resource orders that cannot be fulfilled. The site is notified when an order is denied. Once denied, the order can only be viewed by the site.

Site-level users can view the order and any notes.

View or delete a denied order

1. Select Catalog > Resource Orders > Track sub-tab.
2. In the Denied section, either:
   • Click to view the order.

     Note: A denied order can also be viewed from the Archive tab.

   • Click to delete the order.

     Important: Destiny does not issue a warning before removing a denied order.

     Note: Denied orders remain on the Orders page until they are removed (), but remain indefinitely on the Orders Archive page.
