Find resource to create help ticket (Resource Manager)

1. Use the Find Item field to enter the resource's barcode, item serial number, or displayable name.

   Note: Wildcards are supported.

2. Click Go.
3. From the results list, find the resource you want, and then click Select. You return to the New Ticket page.
