Add or Edit Funding Sources
You can use Resource Manager to track which resources were purchased with various funds.
After you define a list of sources, you can choose the correct funding source when adding or editing an item.
To add or edit a funding source:
- From either an Add Item or Edit Item page, next to the Funding Source drop-down, click Other.
- Click Add Source or
next to the source to update.
- Enter or edit the name (up to 50 characters).
- Click Save.
- Click Close.
To delete a source, click .
To report on the funding statuses, you can generate either a Resource Value or Item Status report, limited by Funding Source. By selecting Undefined when creating the reports, you can see which resources do not have a funding source selected in the item record.
